Choose one of the two possibilities listed below to request a new password.
After you have sent your request, a confirmation e-mail will be send to the e-mail address of the owner, to ensure it was the owner who requested the new password. Please confirm your request in the sent e-mail.
When you request a password, you will not be given the same password you had before, because all the passwords are encrypted in the system for security reasons. You will receive a new password, which you can change in the control-panel after you log in.
The passmailer will check the information you filled in and will only send a new password if all the data matches the information in our system.
